Real Dining

There are so many great places to eat. I tend to go back to the ones I like with my friends and in return my friends introduce me to their favourite restaurants.

Here are some of my favourites.

Balilax. It is a picturesque restaurant which will make you forget you are in the heart of a concrete jungle and make you feel like you're in Bali. I have only tried the Umeda branch of Balilax, situated in the Maru Building in Umeda. The food is gorgeous and their is a lovely foreign staff member who will be only too willing to help you make a good choice ordering.

*This restaurant is better to try on week days. You will have to wait for a long while if you wish to go on the weekend.

Garb. I sometimes meet friends at the Kyobashi branch, situated near the Keihan and Tsurumi-Ryokuchi line stations. The meals are great, the staff are well trained and very trendy and the cakes are to die for.

Lois Cafe. Another cafe/restaurant that is very popular with the ladies. It also has the mediterranian feel about it. Lois Cafe is situated a short walk from Kinokuniya. Head outside the train station building and look out for the Benneton store, if you see it you're headed in the right direction. Keep going it's on the same road.
