International Marriages

Does it work? Marriage is hard enough with two individuals from the same country so how does it work when your spouse is Japanese?

It is hard for me to give an unbiased opinion on this topic as I was married to a Japanese person and am now I divorced. However I will try to give you an idea about international marriages based on my own experience and those of people I have met here.
