Convenience stores 24hrs/all year round

Video Stores 11:00-till the wee hours the next
morning

Gas Stands Varies but most are NOT open 24hrs

Immigration & passport offices- 09:00-Noon (lunch break)

Weekends Closed Sun. Some trade on Sat. am

Train Stations 06:00-23:30ish*
